• Licensed PTA (IDFPR) or eligible; BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students, and other health care providers using effective teaching methods.
• Follows the therapist's plan of care and adjusts treatment based on patient response with documented communication.
• Documents according to policy and participates in annual education for program requirements.
• Performs routine treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, aquatic therapy as applicable.
