Responsibilities

• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students and other health care providers.
• Follows the therapist’s plan of care and adjusts treatment with documented communication.
• Produces documentation per the Clinical Documentation Policy.
• Completes annual education to comply with DNV Hip and Knee Replacement requirements.
• Performs department-specific tasks including aquatic therapy and electrotherapy; documents in EMR and coordinates with the PT.
