Qualifications

• Associate degree from APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Licensed as Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Shift work may be required and ability to follow plans of care.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct treatment to residents as directed by the plan of care.
• Documents resident progress toward meeting goals.
• Teaches exercises to residents, family and caregivers and may instruct on devices.
• Completes required forms and documents per policy and regulations.
