Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Long-Term Care division. This role supports Physical Therapists by delivering patient-centered therapies in an independent living and skilled setting.

You will assess and treat patients, document progress, and collaborate with a supportive leadership team. A PTA license and strong communication in a multidisciplinary team are required, with competitive hourly compensation and a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a PTA, or eligible for licensure.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and communicate observations to the therapist.
• Collaborate with health care professionals to coordinate care.
