Mercy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support the Physical Therapist in delivering patient-centered physical therapy within Mercy facilities. You will perform delegated procedures, document patient progress, and adapt treatments as patient status evolves, while addressing age-specific needs and ensuring safety and dignity for patients and families.

Formación

• Associate's degree required in related field.
• Current licensure in the state of practice or holding a state-authorized temporary permit/license, where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Physical Therapist in providing physical therapy procedures as delegated by the supervising therapist.
• Document patient progress notes.
• Ensure patient safety and deliver procedures within the treatment plan.
• Coordinate workload and provide guidance to the Physical Therapy aide.
