Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our care team. Under supervision, you will deliver therapeutic modalities and interventions, help with medical records and department operations, and support safety and equipment maintenance.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote high-quality patient care. Requirements include an Associate's degree from an accredited program and a State PTA license, with a current Healthcare Provider card or completion

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited program.
• Current Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period.
• State PTA licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment including therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Assist with medical records, department environment, safety and equipment maintenance.
• Promote advisory service to interdisciplinary team to improve patient care.
• Perform duties under supervision of the Assistant Director.
