Legacy Nursing and Rehabilitation of Cameron, TX is expanding its LP Therapy team and seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our compassionate LTC facility. This not a replacement role; we're growing to meet patient needs and maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required for PTA licensure in Texas.
• Knowledge of Medicare documentation requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out established plans of care; administer therapeutic exercises and modalities; assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and daily living activities; monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist; fit and train patients on assistive devices; complete Medicare and facility documentation; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; support patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and productivity standards.
