Key Rehab is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. You will implement care plans developed by the Physical Therapist, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement Care Plans: Execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Advance Patient Progress: Facilitate progress through treatment plans and adjust as directed by the PT.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Coordinate care to achieve individual goals.
