Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF/long-term care setting. You will provide therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assist in identifying appropriate patients, and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.

New grads are welcome, with mentorship available. The position emphasizes collaboration, regulatory documentation, and ensuring physician orders are up to date, supporting a stable

Responsibilities

• Provide PTAs treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation meeting regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current.
