Responsibilities

• Carry out established plans of care; administer therapeutic exercises and modalities; assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and daily living activities; monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist; fit and train patients on assistive devices; complete Medicare and facility documentation; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; support patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and productivity standards.
