Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of the licensed PT.
• Chart patient progress timely and accurately.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and positive attitude toward patients.
• Assist in evacuation of patients as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
