Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Geriatric rehabilitation experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and follow-up assessments.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of a physical therapist.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop care plans.
