Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sidney, Ohio seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy team at a 50-bed skilled nursing facility. You will support licensed therapists in developing and implementing rehab plans to help residents regain mobility.

The role focuses on patient care, progress tracking, and collaboration with nursing staff. Eligible candidates have PTA licensure; geriatrics experience is a plus; strong communication and compassionate

• Licensed PTA licensure required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
