PruittHealth in Athens, GA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full‑time role in SNF care. The position offers a competitive salary up to $100,000 annually, plus a $5,000 stay-and-earn sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

You will deliver PT treatments under a PT, assist with exercises and gait, document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities.
• Monitor patient performance and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Support rehabilitation goals through individualized treatment interventions.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and families on safety and mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
