PruittHealth is hiring a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Albany, GA, within a Skilled Nursing care setting. Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of CAPTE accredited program; foreign-trained candidates require foreign credential evaluation for equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the Physical Therapy care plan/treatment as prescribed by the evaluating therapist and physician.
• Perform clinical tasks, documentation, and communication per policy.
• Follow established policies related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete orientation, in-services, and trainings timely.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
