PruittHealth is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Moultrie, GA, to support therapy services in SNF. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with compensation up to $100,000 annually and a $10,000 stay-and-earn sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will deliver PTAs under supervision, assist with exercises and mobility, document accurately, and collaborate with care teams to improve patient outcomes. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities.
• Monitor patient performance and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Support rehabilitation goals through individualized treatment interventions.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and families on safety and mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
