Job summary

PruittHealth, a compassionate provider of long-term and post-acute care, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Physical Therapy Services team in Georgia. You will implement the treatment plan under supervision and help patients regain function.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited program; foreign-trained must be equivalent.
• Current licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the PT care plan and treatment as prescribed by the therapist and physician.
• Perform clinical tasks, documentation, and timely communication per policy.
• Follow established policies and procedures within scope of practice.
• Recognize priorities in patient care and respond promptly.
• Complete orientation and trainings promptly.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
