Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Ocala, FL, working with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents’ safety, function, and quality of life.

The role is PRN with increased rates when medical benefits are waived, and benefits include 401(k), travel stipends, daily pay, and modern rehab facilities. Active FL PTA license required; SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Florida as PTA.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Background screening knowledge or participation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Manage comfortable caseloads within dedicated therapy gyms.
