Job summary

Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a skilled nursing setting. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to support residents’ mobility and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in GA
• Certificate from an accredited PTA program
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents in achieving mobility and rehabilitation goals
• Follow and implement individualized care plans with accuracy and empathy
• Foster a positive, motivating environment for residents and families
• Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centered care
