Tender Touch Rehab Services in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF and long-term care settings. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $37.00 per hour, with robust benefits and professional growth opportunities.

You will provide PTA duties under supervision, help identify patients for therapy, and collaborate with a clinical team to deliver high-quality outcomes while staying in full compliance with state guidelines and documentation

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
