Tender Touch Rehab Services in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Compensation is $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide PT treatments under supervision, assist in selecting suitable therapy candidates, coordinate with the PT for evaluations, maintain documentation, and ensure orders are current. A supportive, growth‑oriented team awaits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the practicing state.
• Graduation from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date

Education

Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
