Tender Touch Rehab Services in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $40.00 per hour, with employment in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications
- Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
- Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
- Current license as PTA in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
- Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
- Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
