Tender Touch Rehab Services in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position. Compensation is $32.00 - $37.00 per hour, with SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in NJ.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
