Tender Touch Rehab Services in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in SNF and long-term care settings. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $40.00 per hour, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

As a PTA, you will provide treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, assist in selecting appropriate patients, document to regulatory standards, and collaborate with care teams.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
