Qualifications

• Active Nevada Physical Therapy license from Nevada State Board within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning and alleviate pain for patients.
• Review referrals and patient records to plan, implement, and assess interventions.
• Document goals, progress, and plans for reevaluation in the EMR.
• Record strength, motor development, functional capacity, and observations in the EMR.
• Educate patients about injury prevention, ergonomics, and home care.
• Instruct on use of assistive devices and home treatment procedures.
• Discharge patients when goals are attained and arrange follow-up care.
