Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current PTA certification in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Use equipment and supplies to facilitate patient treatment and ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordination of care.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and Platinum Ridge Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation policies.
