Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant - FT to join our growing and passionate team in North Pekin, IL. We provide a supportive culture, flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development.

As a PTA, you will work under supervision to deliver therapy, coordinate with PTs, document care, and ensure compliance with state regulations, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on patients in SNF and long-term care

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
