Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our per diem team in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring high-quality care that improves patient function.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome! Mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
