Renewal Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF/long-term care team in Illinois. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and help identify suitable patients for therapy while coordinating with the PT for evaluation and referral.
