Renewal Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, deliver therapy, and support evaluation and referrals, with emphasis on collaborative, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• For PTA candidates, completion of an APTA-accredited program and eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• New grads are welcome; mentorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and kept up to date.
