Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care teams in DeKalb, IL.

You will work full-time under the supervision of a licensed PT, providing treatments, coordinating referrals, and maintaining compliant documentation to support quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
