Tender Touch Rehab Services in Holmdel, NJ is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our SNF and long-term care team. Must be licensed PTA in the state and possess an associate degree from an APTA-accredited program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
