Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a SNF/long-term care setting. The role offers a compensation range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year and provides extensive clinical education and advancement opportunities.

As a PTA, you will work under a licensed PT, support patient care, document care accurately, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
