Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care teams. This full-time role offers $55,000.00 - $70,000.00/year with comprehensive benefits, a mentorship culture, and strong clinical education support.

As a PTA, you will provide treatments under a licensed PT, assist in patient selection, and coordinate care to ensure quality outcomes. Opportunities for growth and internal transfers are available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to achieve quality outcomes and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and properly filed.
