Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a Full-Time position in SNF and long-term care settings. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, with robust benefits and professional development.

As a PTA, you will deliver therapy under a licensed PT, assist with patient selection, document appropriately, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes. License in state of practice required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
