Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in a SNF and long-term care setting. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

You will provide PT services under supervision, assist in selecting patients for therapy, coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral, collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
