Job summary

Renewal Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our SNF and long-term care teams. This part-time role offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality rehabilitation services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• AS PTA degree from an APTA-accredited program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update physician orders as required.
