Tender Touch Rehab Services in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF and long-term care setting. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $37.00 per hour.

As a PTA you will provide treatments under a licensed PT, assist in patient selection, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
