Aventura at Walton Hills in Walton Hills, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Full-Time and PRN roles. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver skilled therapy to residents, with opportunities for stable hours or additional PRN work.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio PTA license in good standing with the state licensure board.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Address strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional needs; monitor progress.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies.
• Communicate resident progress and concerns to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
