Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver high-quality therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate daily documentation, and enjoy flexible PRN scheduling with opportunities to transition into full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist residents with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
