Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Acton, MA seeks a PRN PTA to provide direct rehab care under a licensed PT. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license in good standing.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Follow PT treatment plans under supervision of licensed PT.
• Chart appropriately and timely to document patient progress.
• Utilize therapy software for patient records accurately.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude with patients.
• Assist in patient evacuation if needed; support safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team and adhere to policies.
