Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with MSPT or DPT (2003 or later).
• Current valid state license in good standing and CPR certification during employment.
• New grads welcome to apply; one year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adapt PT treatment plans for patients based on physician referral.
• Assess, set and adjust functional, measurable goals with the care team.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab staff; chart promptly and accurately.
• Maintain patient rights, safety, and confidentiality; communicate with the team.
