Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Farmington, CT, to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. The role emphasizes compassionate care, collaboration with rehab and nursing staff, and precise electronic documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a PTA license or is license eligible in CT and is able to work flexible per-diem hours to support patient needs and department coverage.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible in CT.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel with electronic documentation experience.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and timely documentation.

Responsibilities
