Preferred Therapy Solutions in Seymour, CT is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support residents’ independence.

The role requires a current PTA license or eligibility, strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with electronic documentation.
