• Provide comprehensive therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Must hold a PTA license or be license eligible in the state.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and timeliness in documentation.
• Work well in a team and be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities
