Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is hiring a Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Hamden, CT. You will provide compassionate therapy services in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with rehab and nursing staff.

The ideal candidate holds a PTA license (or license eligible) in CT, demonstrates strong computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel), and can ensure timely, accurate documentation while remaining flexible with hours.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or license eligible in CT.
• Experience with electronic documentation.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Team player in a rehab setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
