Job summary

Life Care Center of West Bridgewater is seeking a PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant to provide direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards.

New grads welcome. Requires AS PTA program completion, active licensure, CPR, and ability to work within a team. Competitive hourly pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Active license in good standing.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, and understand English.
