Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join a patient-centered rehab team. The role involves implementing therapy plans and guiding patients through exercises to enhance mobility, strength, and function.

You will monitor progress, document changes, and report to the supervising Physical Therapist while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for recovery. Primary location spans two buildings in Louisville, OH.

Qualifications

• Must hold an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Assist in implementing therapy plans under supervision.
• Support patients in mobility, strength, and functional training.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report changes.
• Encourage and motivate patients while maintaining safety.
