Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting in Sebring, OH is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN shifts to support patient mobility, strength, and functional goals. You will implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities, monitor progress, document outcomes for the supervising PT, and contribute to a compassionate, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
