Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team in Sunnyvale. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities, with new grads welcome. The PTA will work under a PT, providing direct patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Current PTA license required.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Assist in maintaining department operations.
• Participate in patient care and rehabilitation conferences as needed.
• Instruct patient families or nursing staff in discharge preparation.
